MYiweb or Hitech Sure services are not only ridiculously atrocious, the phone department is worse. The Internet service provider finds it amusing and are quick to ask for payments to be made yet the quality of service does not match the amount. I’ve been patient when it comes to littles issues in terms of the network but the repetition of the solution provided has no effect on the issues. I cannot stress the fact that telling me numerous times that I should restart or reset my router yet experience the same problems does not solve any issues. Silence is more imperative to the company than any form of communication or feedback even apologising or acknowledging the technical issues. In conclusion, it is pointless, expensive and a waste to be part of the Hitec Sure clients or MYiweb.

To those looking for ISP providers, do not involve your time with MYiWeb. You’ll pay for services you don’t get.
