Pay full price and only get +/- 40%of the service

<p>They offer a package of 8MBPS uncapped for a R1000 and only give you the service of 4MBPS package. During peak time my service must not drop to less than 60% of what you are paying for, meaning at all time I must at least get 5MBPS. Not by Myiweb during peak time my speed will drop as low a 1MBPS and only pick up from about 11pm again then it will be about 2.8MBPS . this has been going on from the start of my contract with them. Out of 13 month with them I have only had 3 months of getting my full service. Stay away from using there service there are better providers out there. If you are using there services test your speed on Ookla speed test it keeps a history for you to go back to and see what you are getting and when.</p>
