MYweb has let me down and their customer services does not care for they customers

I have a wifi account with MYweb (BUT004), I have been out of wifi for almost 24 hours meaning that my kids could not write their exams today meaning they fail their subject after loosing 6 Gigabyte that I tried to buy. I have contacted them with only promises
