MYIWEB WE DONT CARE about you

Pathethic service, had a new line installed over 10 days ago not working. Logged a call with call centre a technician from Vumatel was suppose to come out never did as the blame the issue on Vumatel. The router was dropped off no setup was done no configuration was done.

Asked to speak to management not available, there is only one person from Myiweb that speaks to Vumatel she is in meetings, rather pay a little more but dont buy your service from Myiweb its not worth it.
