Horrible Service provider

Absolutely terrible experience!! Have never had so much trouble with any service in my life. My internet has was cut for 1 month over December with absolutely no communication sent whatsoever. Called about 10 times during that time and no one in service department or accountants can assist or give information. Finally after internet connection has been restored there was no debit orders deducted, emailed accounts, no response. Internet got cut again on the 16th of Feb until today, no communication from hitechsure whatsoever. Called to cancel with immediate effect, agent advised he will call back to confirm. No call received. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE service. Ever since day one that I started a contract with this company I have received NO communication from them. They just do not give a damn about their customers. I highly do NOT recommend this service provider. Wasted so much time, energy and airtime on this, it's ridiculous!
