Disgusting service

If i could give 0 stars I would. The service I have received is beyond terrible!!! My Wi-Fi is extremely slow and faulty. Technical support is very helpful however the accounts department is useless. I have had the phone put down on me several times by the call center. I would like to find out how I can cancel my Wi-Fi because I am not going to entertain the disrespect I receive every month
