****py Internet Service

I’m officially in my second month (barely) with MYiWeb. I signed up for Internet via fiber which was a mistake. I’ve had 4 outages which the technical department claim is an ‘up-stream’ service provider issue. Basically that means that they buy internet from a cheap wholesaler. The result is an unstable supply of internet. Never in all my years of having internet have I experienced such incompetence from a service provider. I’m finished! Off to another service provider who is tried and tested. It doesn’t pay off to go with a smaller company.
