******* wont release my funds

I have debited my clients using their services, they have been holding alot of funds from me so i decided to leave them, and asked them to release my funds, they tell me they don't know when funds will be released i will have to wait for them to decide when is appropriate, i suspect fraught so i will also be taking this matter further to court.
