On Aug. 16, 2018 we received a eMail from Richard Jansen van Vuuren (Sales Team Lead) that our merchant account is on track. On Aug. 29, 2018 we received another eMail from Richard that our connection will be ready tomorrow. Today the 03rd of September 2018 the payment gateway is still not live.
