Left Stranded

I called on the 27th August at 19:23 to book a MyTaxi trip. They told me the trip was booked however no one came. Everytime i called back i was told there is a system glitch and would take 30 mins to fix ETC. 3 hours later still nothing. I had to catch an Uber to get to my destination at 22:30 that cost R411. This is supposed to be a reliable service. Now I had to pay for the system not working and they told me I won't get refunded
