Terrible after sales service:

<p>Myaa – Auto : Waited three weeks for the licence documentation...... In this period I had to drive the vehicle without licence and false number plates..... Eventually sorted..... Refund on my license and plates took additional three weeks..... Daily different excuses..... Had the Satnav system replaced at my own cost with the insurance that they will refund my expenses.... Two weeks waiting period ... Myaa auto Mr R & Mr Y had daily excuses ... I am happy with the vehicle Quality etc and the service I received till I signed on the dotted line .... There after I've been battling daily to get after sales service. Most of the communication was done via email, whatsapp and whatsapp voice notes so I have all the proof should I need to use it. So disappointed in Myaa auto ...I should have read Hellopeter before I made use of their vehicle on offer, so we learn unfortunately.... Now I am here reading other peoples bad experiences and, battling with my own... My advice will be , let them sort out the vehicle before you sign on the dotted line or carry on with vehicle hunting. As you can read from this blog there are numerous clients with the same complaints. Received payment today after weeks and weeks ....About 16 follow up messages, email and numerous calls made the past 45 days.</p> <p>I don’t have the patients to try and go through this all again to try and get the Service books and owner’s manual ....not even thinking of trying to recover the cost for the Aircon gas refill.</p> <p>Thought If you buy a second hand vehicle in the R200 000 ++ class you would receive good after sales service.</p> <p>Happy Vehicle Hunting</p> <p>Thus I can’t recommend Myaa auto to anybody.
