I bought a vehicle from MYAA Auto, and within two weeks it broke down three times and overheated twice, including on the day I collected it from the workshop
I bought a vehicle from MYAA Auto, and within two weeks it broke down three times and overheated twice, including on the day I collected it from the workshop. Despite letters of demand and involving attorneys, MYAA Auto has ignored all communication. My complaint to MIOSA has also not resulted in any meaningful assistance. I never received a service book or proper documentation. I was later contacted by people claiming my bakkie was meant to be sold in Durban, even though I am still the registered owner. Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would advise potential buyers to exercise caution.

I bought a vehicle from MYAA Auto, and within two weeks it broke down three times and overheated twice, including on the day I collected it from the workshop. Despite letters of demand and involving attorneys, MYAA Auto has ignored all communication. My complaint to MIOSA has also not resulted in any meaningful assistance. I never received a service book or proper documentation. I was later contacted by people claiming my bakkie was meant to be sold in Durban, even though I am still the registered owner. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
This has been one of the most stressful and draining experiences of my life. We signed a finance agreement on 13 May 2026 without seeing the bakkie in person because we trusted the promises made by the dealership. When the vehicle was delivered, we immediately discovered numerous faults. Within three days, we disputed the sale and took the bakkie to an independent roadworthy testing centre. We were informed that the vehicle was **not roadworthy at the time of sale**, despite the dealership having sold it to us as roadworthy and providing a roadworthy certificate. We returned the bakkie within a week, and it has remained with the dealership ever since. Yet we are still sitting with a finance agreement of over **R306,000** while our complaint is being investigated by MIOSA. This experience has cost us time, money, and unnecessary stress. In my opinion, this dealership's conduct has been extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. Please have any vehicle independently inspected before signing any agreement.

MYAA AUTO'S, BAD FOR BUSINESS
Myaa Auto's has still not fixed the issues on the vehicle as per warrentee agreement. To the next person that wants to buy by them, please think twice!!! I have been waiting since December to get my car sorted out and im still waiting. Myaa Auto's dragged out my warrentee and now im sitting with more then R20000 worth of faults on this vehicle. Myaa Auto's you really suck. My first and my last time making business with you

Maya Auto's Bad For Business
Maya Auto Goodwood after service!!! I notified Maya Auto about faults on the vehicle that I bought by them, on finance with a 1 month/1000km warrentee and Maya Auto's Dragged out my warrentee in order not to fix the faults on the vehicle. Now im still struggling to get it fix by them. I took the car for a major service and this is after they said " But we did service the vehicle sir" and turns out they never did. Maya auto's also took parts of the vehicle and confirmed that they did it and not replacing it and I must fix it out of my own pocket. But the car was on warrentee... Please Help anyone what can I do to get this sorted??

Banks have been trying to get through to them, I've been there a few times to try and sort it out. This damaged my name to put it lightly On the verge of losing a property myself and my family have been busy with and working towards due to the INCOMPETENCE of this dealership Definitely taking it further, feel free to reach out

Don't ever consider doing business with Myaa Auto‼️
Worst worst dealership ever!!! I traded my Polo Vivo in June 2025 and Nedbank phoned me to confirm that they have not yet even requested a settlement for the account. It has been 4 months and the new car I brought and the Polo are both being debited and I have not yet received my money back from them. Utter ****s and ****mers. Money hungry people with no sense of customer service. I'm deeply disappointed and I'm laying a complaint with the Ombudsman
