original car papers

i purchased a Golf 5 gti from Myaa about a year ago and still haven't received the papers which was promised to me on collecting of vehicle. a lot of emails later and phone calls still nothing was done only to find out that the car still belonged to the bank as it was never settled even though it was traded before i purchased it. upon this finding i tried speaking to the owner wrt whats happening,he told me i must wait until he settles the car now would you recommend clients to buy from this type dealership thats not honest with the customer , i will never buy from your company again. <br> please insure my paper are ready for collection before 4 December 2015
