Bakkie not fixed as promised

I bought a toyota bakkie from MYAA bakkie centre on 22 Nov 2014. Being the 1st time ever that I bought a bakkie I asked my dad to with me. We picked out a bakkie. And few things were broken on the bakkie. The sale was made and I was promised by waghied that wind screen and bumper would be fixed at that time the windscreen had some dents and scratches on it and I was promised by that it would be fixed and that I could bring in the bakkie in 2 weeks. Or they will call when there is place in the workshop.. They never called! I kept calling. Nd each time they had a different excuse, I then called them again to tell them the scratches as become a crack. Waghied then tells me that it's okay coz that can be fixed easily Its been 3 months. I eventually get hold of them again speak to waghied and he tells me that they never promised to fix the windscreen and that they can only do the bumper. I then furious as hell tell them that u promised to fixed the windscreen. He then he eventually tells that I can bring in the vehicle on Mon( the 23rd of Feb)(3 months later). And ofcoz they are not able to tell me when the vehicle be ready. It eventually gts home and the windscreen is stl not fixed!
