A Reassuring and Special experience of purchasing my first car!

I walked in without an appointment on Saturday, took the car for a test drive and said I was interested. On Monday I sent through all documents to process and decided to go through with the purchase. There were a few minor things that bothered me about the car, but Ismail immediately said they would fix it and cover the service that the car was due for in a month. Wow, what an experience!

Monday evening we rushed to get to MYAA auto before they close, because we decided to sign for the car. They stayed open later for me and made sure my handing over went smoothly - WITH THE BOW AND ALL!

Thereafter, I took the car in for the service and minor fixings (Wednesday), I received the car back on Thursday. They fixed my car’s leather seat where it had a crack, as well as the rubber on the door panel - which is not something they were obligated to do as this was after all a pre-owned vehicle.

Through it all, my experience was incredible with these guys. Everything was painless, they did all the hard work and I felt safe during the purchase. Thanks guys for such a special experience. I love my new Opel Adam!!!
