My Smart City a Jewel amongst Bad Habbets
Brilliant application and easy to use, its just unfortunate that the City of Johannesburg remains to be the unreliable, unbecoming institute that truly knows how todo absolutely nothing with doing nothing. 5 Stars to the application and the people behind it- O (nothing) to City of Johannesburg. Nice try people but you are getting the slap in the face because the City of Johannesburg just sucks and give you a bad rap.

Kindly note that My City does not represent the City of Johannesburg. There reference numbers are useless and does not comply with the City of Johannesburg's official reference numbers. So the truth of the matter is that your reporting of a problem falls on death ears and will probably never be resolved. Thus take note!
My problem reported on My City never got resolved and when i followed up- well it never existed. Don't waste your time and date on My City- make a call, wait for your call to be attended to and then- if you get an answer then report it.
