Obnoxious, nasty & spiteful owner Michelle
The owner of this business. Michelle is rude, obnoxious, mean, nasty, & spiteful. I had been battling to place my online order for 2 days while they updated their website. Once the page was up and running, I was still having trouble checking out, so I had DM'd her several times during business hours, but she left me on "read" without so much as an acknowledgement of my frustration, or an offer to assist! My final DM requesting assistance was at 7pm, which again she duly ignored. By this time, I had been attempting to make my online purchase for more than 24 hours, & understandably, I was frustrated, so my message conveyed that frustration. Eventually, close to midnight, I was successful in checking out. The next morning, I received a call from her...but instead of an apology and an explanation, I was rudely admonished and verbally abused for my 7pm DM, because it was sent after business hours!!! She then cancelled the order that I had just battled for more than 24 hours trying to create!! Really? Is this how a business owner treats customers that patronize her business??!! This is such a competitive market, yet she does not value those who choose to support her business. I have received outstanding service from Skinbeat. Glow Theory. Seoul Skin and numerous others. The founders/ owners of these online Korean Skincare businesses are the absolute benchmark for excellent customer service. My skinrules gets a zero rating from me, and Michelle desperately needs to acquire customer liaison skills. She has a really mean, nasty & disgusting spiteful streak. Not becoming of a founder and owner of a business.

Honestly the best in the business, the delivery is fast then taking the time to write a sweet little note and if that is not enough you get free gifts with each order i have only joined the my skin rules family recently i am beyond impressed!!!! and again guys not all skin care products will agree with your skin type and that is not the company's fault just gift it to someone else. Thank you secret skin

The Most Amazing Korean skincare Business in SA
I've been purchasing from My Skin Rules for a while now and usually multiple times a month. Their service is the best I've ever experienced and their packaging even more amazing, you get free samples, free mask if you purchase over R1000 and quite often full size free products if you are a regular you know this. It's important to understand when purchasing skin care that not everything is going to work for your skin type and If you have a reaction to a product that is entirely dependant on your own skin and you cannot blame a company for this, that is why you need to know what works for your skin and what doesn't, small businesses really can't afford to refund used products just because clients find it doesn't work for them , you wouldn't do this to big businesses why demand it from small business, I say all this in regards to a negative review on this app for this business and I thought I would set the record straight as I honestly have never dealt with such amazing people before, please don't be misled and look at the Google reviews, they speak for themselves 🫶

A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS AT ALL BUT ONLY THEIR BOTTOM LINE
This is a company that does NOT care for customers AT ALL. Yes their delivery is quick, but try returning 1 product that caused a reaction, then you will see their real colours. In the last 2 months I bought R3000 worth of Korean products from this company. I love every single one of those products to bits, except for one that caused me bad reaction. In just under 10 days of buying I reached out to the company for a refund or return. The manager was SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, she send me 10 pages long emails that basically says NO she won't do anything. I still had the original packaging & everything. I only used this product twice in these 10 days, its even in a squeezable tube, so there is nothing unhygienic in returning this. If returning the product due to "hygiene" is a big issue they could have atleast refund me the money, but they chose to do NOTHING & on top of that insult me & other companies i mentioned that does refunds & exchanges, in the process. Please use other companies to buy your K beauty, unless you willing to loose money and be stuck with a product you bought that caused you reaction. Now I am using this very expensive barrier cream as a very expensive hand cream, & every single time I use it, I curse them under my breath
