Misleading house add and auction

<br> We have had so much trouble with this house , before standard bank bought the house we made 2 offers and got told to late its going on auction<br> We have the 10 % deposit aswell as a pre approved bond- Went to bank and got deposit ready !<br> The house went on auction on the 26 March and was suppose to finish today at 12 pm<br> We made another offer this morning and just after it was taken off the site<br> We have been following this house every hour . We went to bank to get the 10% deposite and now to be told house is no longer for sale<br> NO one can tell me whats going on<br> I think its very unfair We did every thing by the book to be let down so badly<br> We made all the effort had people out and sow house . We had written offers before the bank took it aswell <br> How can you make people put offers on the house and just take it off and not give us any explanation<br> We are human and wanted to make a family in this house and now you just take it away ! HOW? and no one can help me <br> Had 9 different numbers to phone and no one can help<br>
