Lack of service

Oh where do I start, I have called numerous times to set up a viewing on a Property, keep telling me an agent will get in touch.. Its been more than 2 weeks, and calls after calls. Then to be told, I need to put in an offer on a property without seeing it, the pictures are just the gate.. What nonsense.. Called again, and same story we will have an agent get in touch.. So stories do not match up at all, and to me its like they dont care to call back.. What type of business are you running if client's need to constantly follow up with the business???
