Incorrect offers advertised

i recently saw a property in moseley park which i made an offer for.i was called the following day by a my roof consultant and told that someone else had offer more,which is fine but my problem is if someone has bid the amount i was told they did then why hasnt my roof updated that latest offer detail on the wen site.its 3 weeks now and still not updated.on the second experience i see another property which i also made an offer only to find out that that property was sold a month ago by another estate agency......so what is all this deception about from my roof.are buyers just been fooled into wasting time and effort on your website.
