couldnt care less about clients

I am very disappointed! Standard bank has a connection to myroof where they sell houses advertising that it is sold without any commission etc. What they don't tell you is that no one is willing to actually do any work either! I wanted to see a house and put an offer and so i called the standard bank property number and they refused to help me there THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO GO TO THE WEBSITE and register on the myroof website and book a viewing. So i did exactly that and then they never responded. It is now a week late and the house i wanted to view and quite possibly have made a bigger offer on HAS BEEN REMOVED. I tried to call that number and they sent me straight to voicemail. This is obviously the worst company to do business with... I know for a fact that this is the fault of both standard bank and myroof
