Consultant's refusal to answer calls

I have been trying to get hold of the Myroof consultant Nicola for several weeks now in order to get more information about the offer process. I would like to buy a house for my elderly mother. I have called her office several times now. The phone just rings when diverted. On several other attempts she simply refused to answer my calls to her cell and ignored me. I think this is shocking. My trust and confidence in Myroof is lost and will make use of another company's service. Pathetic service from this woman.
