Refusing to stop deducting

I was approached by Mthokozisi in July 2015 (month end) to join be a member of MyPA. Days less that 7 days I cancelled the registration. August 2015 they deducted R99, I reversed the amount. September 2015 they deducted R59, I called Mthokozisi and he said he will make sure the contract is cancelled and reverse the amount which he never did until I reversed it. October 2015they deducted R59 again. I dont understand why they are refusing to stop when I did everything right to inform them on time. I have never even used any of their services.
