It has been almost four months since my personal account was frozen. I submitted every document requested, yet I have received no response from Lerato despite multiple emails and phone calls. Standard Bank has confirmed that their investigation is closed, but my ABSA account remains frozen without explanation. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has prevented me from using my own money. I urgently request that my account be unfrozen immediately or that I receive a clear explanation for the delay.
