Infair UIF payment

I have worked for 34 years until I have been retrenched last year. I have paid the maximum monthly premium to the Uif for the last 20 years of the 34 years. I have sent in my claim in last year December month. I have receive my first payment and according to the U filing system I have been paid the second paumentbon 6/3 but I have not receive any money in my bank I have spend a small fortune on phone calls and no one could give me answer as to where the money is. For all 34 years of payment I am going yo only receive a tip for 4 months. Do you think this is fair acceptable??? The amount and the total months is unacceptabl
