Failure To Cancel Debit Order and Bad Service

I took out membership with My Personal Assistant and was told if I wanted I could cancel. Well I tried the concept and I felt it was not for me. I then contacted them in September 2015 with a cancellation and was told that I had nothing to worry about and that the debit order would be cancelled. well it was not. I have phoned back over and over again and the debit order continues to come off my account. I phone there cancellations department and they will tell me that they have phoned me, however I have never received any phone call. what is very confusing is that all the phone call that I have made to them somehow are not there.. I continuously phone them and they never get back to me.. I will be going to my bank and place a stop payment against this debit order however I want all my money back from My Personal Assistant from the day originally phoned them which is September 2015. whether they can find the phone call or not. I would never recommend this company to anyone due to there pathetic service.
