Worst Customer service in this industry

I have had yet another terrible experience with them, this has happened on numerous occasions. They are uncompromising with their return and exchange terms, even if it's just a couple of days over their terms as per T&C on their website. Having been a loyal client to them, I think they are pathetic at customer service. Would never recommend anyone using them, one could rather go to franchise like Woolies / Foschini / Truworths / Rio Perfumes / Skinns, who all provide a better customer experience by miles. Never again. I have spent over 40K with them in the past. Now I will notspend a single cent more with them, pun intended.
