Terrible after service/ customer service

I’m so not happy with My perfume shop.

I’ve been buying at them for the past 2years. I just recently bought at my perfume shop and I’ve only used used it like 5 times and it don’t want spray. I’ve contacted them and they not willing to assist me. I’m just warning anyone who want buy at them know that if buy something and faulty you’re on your own. No one will be willing to assist.
