Poor service

<p>A month ago we bought dolce and gabbana essence perfume from this company online. </p> <p>The bottle was a total dud. The aroma didn't last for 20 mins. Numerous family and friends can confirm this. </p> <p>After many emails to tracy we only received excuses. They refused to exchange the product or reimburse us. Kept saying the batch they tested worked fine. But never ever tasted this one. We are very dissatisfied with this service. It was supposed to be an expensive gift for my wife's birthday,but all its done is leave a bitter taste in our mouths. Don't deal with this company because they're **********. </p> <p> </p>
