My Perfume Shop worst customer service ever!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. On the 17th of July 2020 I ordered a perfume as a give for my friends birthday. I received the perfume on the 23rd of July. However my friends birthday is only on the 21st of August. On the 24th of August my friend informed my that the perfume bottle was faulty and could not spray. I immediately contacted the Company's customer services to exchange the perfume. Guess what....I was informed that the Company has a 7 day return policy. This is totally unacceptable. It is not a matter of I changed my mind and no longer want the product. This is a fabric fault and the product should be returned to the fabric.
