**** KENZO FLOWER PERFUME

I placed and received order #*** on 13 June 2022. It is definitely a **** perfume and I paid R1700 for it. The smell which resembles the original a little bit does not lasts at all. I emailed them on 19 June to inform them that I was not happy at all as I have been using Kenzo Flower perfume for many years and I know what it smells like and how long it is suppose to last. They asked me to returned it to be tested. So I returned it. Their response on 23 June, which was a very quick test, was that their WAREHOUSE tested it and was found that there was no issue whatsoever with the perfume. Their response was that it should last for approximately 6 and a half hours and the scent lingers off the bottle, which is not true. So I was advised to arrange for my perfume to be collected on my own expense, and no further communication on the matter. Now I have a very expensive bottle of perfume which smells like nothing as I have asked numerous people if they can smell my perfume and their response was negative. I am very unhappy about the situation and they don't care as they have my money and I have a **** KENZO FLOWER perfume with no smell at all. I have the proof of purchase and the emails to and from them regarding the matter. Francis Wright
