Dissatisfied and very disappointed with **** delivery charges .They take chances !

They sent me a leaky bottle on a delivery which was replaced Despite this bad experience I gave them another chance I opted and was Charged for overnight delivery ! Placed order on Fri 1st May 2020 As of today’s date Wednesday 6TH according to them I should have received goods yesterday When I checked with courier the goods were sent ECONOMY NOT OVERNIGHT The refund for overnight has not yet been refunded Communication via their chat line and mobile was unhelpful rude and obnoxious to have to deal with I would strongly recommend STAYING WELL AWAY FROM “My perfume shop” Despite the massive GP’s they make They are not guys to deal and do business with and there are plenty of alternatives
