Bad customer service

This online shop is a legitimate business, but its customer service is horrible. I once waited for 2 weeks for a parcel as it had been swopped with someone else's parcel. The courier company had to pick the parcel up (in tatters) and all the perfumes opened and used, then brought it to me. Despite many complaints, I did not receive as much as an apology. Finally just accepted I was lucky to have received my R3750 order at all. Ordered again 4 days ago (yes, I know). After 4 days enquired why parcel not received. Was sent an email that it was shipped this morning. "Thank you for your patience and understsnding."
