When they opened it, the one was broken and the other toy did not work. I contacted Mom and Me and a lady phoned me and shouted at me for not having returned it within 7 days. I tried to explain to her that it was presents and i did not open it. I was given a lecture on the Consumer act and where bombarded with crude words! <br /> *Please spare yourself the humilation of dealing with these people as you will receive no Customer Service and loose your money with their poor products*</p>
