Great product great service
Wearable pumps are great and affordable. They are extremely comfortable on the breast. As for the service of my mom and me,10/10! Efficient delivery and assistance with any queries or questions. I ordered my pump in the morning and received it before close of business the same day !

No response on my refund request
My friend bought me this breast pump as a baby shower gift. After calling the company and asking them to help me understand how the product works (I’m a first time mom and still pregnant), I decided to return the item with the 7 day returns period because I wasn’t confident that the pump would work. It’s been over a week since I returned the unused pump. When I text the company to ask when I can expect my refund, I am blue ticked and I haven’t received a response. It’s important to note that the company insisted I wait until after I give birth to “test” the product. But I realised I was being trapped into a purchase I didn’t want because you can only return an item if it’s unused and within the 7 day period. I’m very disappointed in the customer service I’ve received because I’m still waiting for a simple response regarding when they will process my refund, yet they have their product back.

**** Breast pump
The biggest ****mers ever, the breast pump is the total opposite of what is advertised, it’s loud and big, very poor customer service. The pump only worked two weeks and when I informed them they took over a month to collect, they refused to refund or exchange. Renee is very rude and unprofessional. Don’t buy from them!

Excellent customer service
I ordered the Belecoo 3 in 1 Stroller and car seat, Black and Rose gold and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The colour and fabric screams luxury. Delivery was super quick. Thank you 😊
