I placed an order on the 04th Oct 2024 & I didn’t receive it. They sent me an email on 07th November stating that they’ve processes my refund and I’ll get it in 7 days. We are on the 01st Dec and I still haven’t received my money back and they are not replying to emails and WhatsApp messages.
