Trustworthy and responsive

I needed to get a panic button for my mom, and had been looking around for a while, even purchased something from another store which we ended up returning as it was useless.

We purchased the Portable Panic Button with GPS and 2-Way Calling from My Kleine Winkel. There is so much info provided (incl. videos) on the product both on the site and via email, and the support has been amazing! Even this morning, I contacted them with an issue on the device and their response was so quick and the advise given spot on (not an issue with device it seems, but with user!). So far have been really pleased we went with them
