Good service

I ordered an item on line and struggled with doing my payment. (because I kept making the same silly mistake) the service this person gave me was far and beyond of what I expected! What's apps went up and down, suggestions of other payment methods were suggested. Because of questions asked we worked out where I went wrong. So grateful for the patience this person showed me and the trouble that was taken to make me a happy customer.well done, full marks!!!
