Substandard service and very unprofessional employees.

Please avoid using this company, they are so unprofessional and their service is substandard. The windscreen for my new 2023 Mercedes Benz was replaced by their employees last week Friday on the 27th October 2023, and they damaged my vehicle dashboard. I’m still waiting for their call up to date as they promised to come and assess the damage on Tuesday but never did, and also did not bother providing me a courtesy call. I will escalate the subject matter to my insurance and lawyer because I haven’t been receiving any joy with this company.
