I am extremely happy with the service I received from My Glass. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team came to my home to replace the windscreen on my BMW, and I honestly could not have asked for better service. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and clearly very capable at what they do. They worked carefully and took pride in making sure that everything was done properly. The windscreen replacement was done perfectly, and I am very impressed with the quality of their workmanship. It is such a pleasure dealing with people who are not only good at their job, but are also friendly and respectful towards their customers. A huge thank you to the team who assisted me — you did an outstanding job! I would happily recommend My Glass to anyone needing professional vehicle glass replacement. Definitely a well-deserved 5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best glass replacement in Garden Route
One of our cars had a side drivers window smashed and we needed to replace it. We found My Glass in George and contacted them. They were very friendly and supportive and really communicated well. The staff who did the repair were super. Highly recommended

Windscreen replacement

Windscreen replacement

However client was overcharged excess by being invoiced R597 and was informed to pay 15% of the claim amount R3056.30 = R458.44. upon query back and forth was than told to pay R500 very confusing . Thank you Momentum Insure: Claim CP***MS for policy (MT***9) has been authorised. MY GLASS, () will get in touch with you shortly. Note: If the windscreen or window glass is replaced, then your excess will be 15% of the total claim amount with a minimum of R500. If the windscreen or window glass is only repaired, then no excess will be applicable. (FSP22789)
