*********** Service and No Accountability

I had my windscreen replaced by MyGlass over a year ago. Since the replacement, I have experienced significant wind noise, esp when driving on the freeway. Despite numerous emails and follow-ups, MyGlass has failed to resolve the issue.

Their recent response claimed the problem is due to the vehicle’s A-post frame and not related to the windscreen installation. However, the noise began immediately after their staff carried out the replacement, which indicates that the installation was not done correctly.

After more than a year of correspondence, MyGlass has refused to take responsibility or provide a solution. I cannot recommend their services, as my experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unresolved.
