King Price insurance claim

I have had a window claim ever since the 24th of March. No one knows where the window is including the middleman / fitment agents in Klerksdorp where the window needs to be couried. When you call the number on the web page of myglass you are told you are at the call centre and get redirected to the same middlemen who is also waiting for My Glass to send them the window. Poor service with no one to contact. I hope King Price knows
