Very bad service

It is a pity that one can't give a rating lower than one star. This is shocking service. I paid for a subscription for a year on 2 January 2024 and the account has to this day not been activated. I have sent numerous emails and sent messages on their website to please contact me. I am still waiting to get any feedback at all. They were quick to take my money and now they are ignoring me. Plus, they had the nerve to send me a notification that my subscription is about to expire - three weeks later!!! Stay away!!
