Subtitles requests

Hi I subscribed plus minus 4 months ago and overall I am happy with the content. My problem is not all of us are understanding the different country languages that is why MFC offers subtitles which need to be requested. I requested subtitles for a specific series approximately 3 months ago and I am still waiting. I don't get any update every time I ask for progress and I always get the same answer "they are working on it". Lately my emails are not even responded to. I am rather frustrated and disappointed
