Shameful support service and lack of diversity representation

My wife renewed my subscription for 2 years in error in 22 December. We have been sending emails for a refund for one year as we would never renew for 2 years. To date there has never been a response or even a mere acknowledgment of the mails at. This is the kind of service we always get from the support centre. They literally just goes mum. We have had technical problems and contacted them but the same always happens and eventually figure them out ourselves. What is the point of having a support centre when they never offer any. It is the most frustrating thing ever. Its like the only thing they are interested is our money and nothing else.

Also there is such a lack of black representation in the programming in all genres ie movies, reality, comedies, drama but you will definitely find all million seasons of the real housewives of beverly hills, New Jersey,new york and the Kardashians etc.Even if they appear in the list 90% of them are not connected. Some are in foreign languages As a black South African it makes us excluded.
