Ridiculous and lousy service delivery

No matter what you do, you cannot get a hold of these people.

For the past few days payments have kept on failing and the problem is with them.

You send emails, contact them on other social media platforms but they do not respond.

How do they not have an actual number to be contacted on???

Previously you used to almost immediately get a response(automated) but still something.

Now you don’t even receive that.
