Poor service and no value for money

I have been trying to watch a series for a few days now but most episodes don't play at all and those that do start buffering 10 seconds into the episode. No matter how many emails you send, nobody replies back to you. Terrible customer service, no body to assist other than a useless chatbot. Would definitely not recommend.
