Payment finally processed after 15 days

After 15 days of non-stop e-mails they finally corrected the payment they could not find and I am happy to say everything has been sorted out. Hopefully next month I won't have the same issues. They are a bit slow but otherwise not to bad. At least they do answer their e-mails.
