Paid for services NOT RECEIVED

I have paid for a monthly subscription on the 14th of November already but up until TODAY it has not been activated. I have sent numerous emails, wrote on MFC Facebook page, sent messages on messenger but NO ONE gets back to me. This is terrible service and I have always recomended MFC but will now advise everyone to NOT SUPPORT them any longer. Terrible service MFC!!! 😡 Can I please have a refund or acitvate my order.
