No customer service! No replies to issues!

I would give full marks as I love the entertainment they offer. From old school series from when I was younger to all the newest stuff. But, and it is a BIG one.... They struggle immensely with administration, in particular with actually getting back to a person! This will be their weakness until they come to the party and start to operate like a professional company on all levels. I've been mailing them on the seller opportunity they advertise, they just ignore me flat out, although they've said that someone will be in touch, no one has for months! But they know how to now send me emails almost every day, spamming the living daylights out of me! But they refuse to pup their pants up and respond to people's issues. That's no good. Doesn't help you have decent products, but do not manage your clients problems. It'll keep people from buying your product!
